·        Meet with consultants to monitor construction, interior fit-ups in various cities in Ontario.

·        Review and issue design change directives, shop drawing approvals, request for information submissions, deficiency clean up etc.

·        Attend bi-weekly site meetings.

·        Coordinate with all consultants in the design phase

·        Review consultant drawings with project manager to ensure coordination of M&E, Structural, Civil and Architectural to minimize affect on schedule and cost.

·        Reviewing the tender documentation with project manager, attend pre bid meetings.

·        Monitor FF&E soft costs budget

·        Manage FF&E Tender, negotiate and award work to various suppliers, monitor implementation and deficiency clean-up.
